The Caribbean Red Habanero Hot Sauce consists of 50% Caribbean Red Chili, which is famous for its fruity, full-bodied heat with heat levels up to 350,000 Scoville. Despite the intense heat, the sauce has a round and balanced taste. Since the sauce is very hot, just a few drops are enough for a great Habanero kick in casseroles, dips, sauces or meat dishes. The sauce has about 175,000 Scoville.
