Chow Mein spice paste for noodle-wok.
Recipe for 4:
1 pc Chow Mein spice paste, 3tbsp vegetable oil, 200g egg noodles, 200g minced meat, fish or seafood; 100g vegetable strips (cabbage, carrots).
Heat the oil on a wok, add meat, fish or seafood plus vegetables, stir-fry for 3 min.
Add cooked noodles and spice paste, srit-fry an other 5 min.
Serve hot.
Ingredients: shallot, SOY oil, tomatopaste, SOY sauce (SOYbeans, WHEAT flour, salt, sugar), salt, garlic, dark SOY sauce (sugar, water, salt, SOYbeans, WHEAT flour), onions, pepper.
