Chinkiang Black Rice Vinegar has an acidic, somewhat sweet and smoky flavour.
It originates from the Chinese province of Chinkiang (aka Zhejiang).
Due to its complex taste, it is known is some parts as “Chinese balsamic vinegar”.
Black Rice Vinegar is great for fatty or meaty foods to balance the flavours, also good for wontons, broths, soups, noodles and salads.
